PIVN stand for private identifiction number. So it is a number that should be connected with an identity in the format of an NFT . The PIVN in project provides you with an NFT for this purpose.

I found PIVN when it was airdropped on the kickstarter of MEXC. I always like to know about new projects going trough kickstarter, they get a lot of attention, but for me the big question is, are the coins or token worth buying them?

The team part shows 4 people from Korea. Their names are connected to linkedin profiles, when checking those profiles, it looks like they are only made to be shown on the PIVN website, showing a team. But they dont have much connections or history. This might be a redflag for the project.
The usecase is a number , connected to an NFT , connected to your identity.
Identies are always a matter of concern on the internet. Where bitcoin is semi anonymus, being full anonymus is covered by privacy coins. But at some actions you want to be able to give an ID , and want to have some prove that it is you. Realizing the problem that needs to be solved is described, i personally dont think this is the right solution.
